At Na Klik, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Na Klik account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
